| Ok. I figured I would let you guys know that I was still alive....I AM. I got promoted at work and now it sucks...Im officially the store bitch. Anything that someone promises that we can do that we cant actually do, they send me in to go fix it for them. That or they over promise and I have to deliver. Army Life also sucks...ok, its not that bad. I will be promoted to Sergeant in like 2 months so that will be cool, Im the squadleader and in charge of about 8 people. Im also the new Motorpool Sergeant (only in title-rank will come soon). So say goodbye to slacking off...now im the one in charge. Lets see, they also bumped up our date to go back to Iraq to like 2009 instead of 2011...but who knows what will happen by that time. Other then that, nothing new...Work hard, play hard...I still try to get out and play Pool every once in a while, to relax. I took a break from school to figure out what I want to do...thinking of changing majors, I always liked education and teaching so I might do that...I think I will take a couple of classes at Harper ( basically CLC down here) just to knock some of my gen-eds out of the way. Anyways, talk to you all later.

| Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said that, "Travelers taking a long journey must begin with a single step."
How powerful is that....to think that anything we do, no matter how
long it takes us, or how far we go....begins with a single step.

| Just figured i'd update you guys on something...
It looks very likely that i am going to get deployed with my unit to go
down to Lousisana to help with the relief efforts following the
huricane. Dont know when i am leaving, dont know how long i will be
there...but i do know it is very likely that i will go down there.
